Walk to Orlando
Whilst typing this, I'm singing "But I would walk 500 miles. And I would walk 500 more. Just to be the man who walks 1,000 miles... and falls down at your door"
SO... here are our stats thus far (in no particular order)!
Connie: 697.40 miles
Toni: 307.50
Jeanne: 466.00
Rita: 344.58
Carol M: 211.00
Kyle: 255.90
Jody: 196.00
Anita: 85

SEVERAL of you have not reported in the last few weeks! Oh yeah, I hear "I'll email you my numbers, Kyle" but alas, no emails
SO..... get those numbers in to me. (1) total miles walked. (2) number of 45 minute or more days. (3) did you do some exercise at least 5 days this week.
Just a note... if you exercise 45 minutes (or more) a day for five days in a week, that gives you 35 free miles! (5 days x 5 miles plus 10 miles)... That a great way to add miles to you total!

kyle Id like to thank you for all the hard work you do for us!!! I know we sometimes just take for granted all the things you do and that isnt fair to you!!! Some of us just put in our time at meetings on monday & put some time & effort into our exercise etc BUTTTTT it takes a lot of extra time to do all the figures, charts, e mails, message board etc So thank you Rita :

Hey Kyle with all the bingo & stuff going on lately we havent done the orlando mileage & im afraid i will loose mine so here goes.... The dinner week and this past week togather I had 9 days of exercise and 3 of those days were 45 minute days. I had a total of 15 miles that was walking and actual exercise. Thanks, Rita
