I would like to thank everyone for thier support & suggestions in my time of lack of willpower and depression I am trying very hard to keep on track some one please give me a swift kick in my FAT when i dont stay on track... Thanks Rita

Kyle thanks for the energy you showed in wanting to give me a swift kick & getting other members to do the same!!! i cant exoress how enthused i am about having so many friends willing to keep me thinner!!!! With all these friends i sure dont need enimies do i???? looking forward to monday!!! Rita
