Simple Salsa Chicken
I am sure you all are gourmet chefs who love spending time in the kitchen. I am not. The eaiser the recipe the better if you ask me. That's why I love this healthy and simple recipe.
1 jar of salsa of your choice
2-3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 crockpot
Put ingredients in crockpot. Turn crockpot on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked. This is good by itself or can be used in soft tacos or salads. Yummy and easy.
Hope you enjoy!

Re: Simple Salsa Chicken
Thanks Erin for the healthy recipe. I am busy all day tomorrow, so it will go into my crockpot the first thing in the morning.
I'm looking forward to trying it out. I bought some "FlatOuts" Wraps today and I can see it shredded and in one of those wraps for a second meal later in the week or even for lunch. Those flatouts are really good, have 8 grams of fiber and the ones I get have that miracle food, Flaxseed in them to make them even more healthy.
They taste good too.
Hugs,
Jean
