Elliptical Empty Elliptical

So, last year I could go at least 30 minutes on my elliptical. I just dusted the thing off this morning and moved some boxes out of the way, just to have another go at it. Five minutes.... FIVE minutes... 5 minutes.. that's all I could do! Five lousy minutes!

This is going to take some work to build myself up again... but I did do 5 minutes.. twice today thus far.

But jeeeeze... just 5 minutes! Pitiful!
