Hello ladies!

A huge Congrats to our WOW, Shirley! With sore knees and cortizone shots, she still lost FOUR pounds! Wonderful job, Shirley!!!!

Congrats to ALL who lost last week. We had a whopping 18 pound net weight loss! That is super fantastic! Let's try to meet and beat th--at- --n-u-mber this week. We can do it, one day at a time!

Great program, Jeanne.... I'm trying very hard to fulfill MY three ways to get out of that swamp. How about the rest of you?

Those still eligible for free dues in December are: Jenise and Connie. I hope BOTH of you make it to the end to get free dues!
